Non-Refund Policy for Consular Application Fees

In line with existing statutory directives, applicants are informed that all Consular fees are non-refundable once paid into the Mission’s account. This policy also applies to payments made for uncompleted and withdrawn applications.

Applicants should further note that, in some exceptional circumstances, the processing time of Consular documents may vary irrespective of the initial time selected and paid for.

Additionally, regarding visa applications, an authorised officer of the Mission may approve different categories of visas in variance with that requested in the initial application.
